Keith R. Edwards MD

Keith R. Edwards, M.D. - Director

is a board-certified neurologist, an Assistant Clinical Professor of Neurology at Harvard Medical School and a Consulting Neurologist at the Department of Neurology at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center in Boston and Director of the Southern Vermont MS Center.
  Dr. Edwards earned his medical degree from Duke Medical School and completed his medical internship at Boston City Hospital. He has been involved with Dementia, neuropathic pain and headache evaluation, treatment and research for over 30 years. He participated in many multi-centered treatment trials for new pain and headache medications as well as many new Alzheimer's medications.
Dr. Edwards is an active member of the American Academy of Neurology, The International Psychogeriatric Society, among others. He is on the board of the New England Pain Association and a member of the American Pain Society, the American Headache Society, the International Headache Council, the American Academy of Neurology, the International Psychogeriatric Society and many other neurological societies.
Craig M. Senzon, M.D.

Craig M. Senzon, M.D.

comes from the University of Florida, Jacksonville Campus, where he specialized in the care of multiple sclerosis patients. His duties also included the neurologic education of residents and medical students.
  Dr. Senzon has served in various teaching and patient-care capacities since receiving his Doctor of Medicine degree from SUNY Buffalo in 1997. Among them were Director of the Holy Family MS Center in Spokane, WA; Clinician with the Kaiser Permanente Hawaii Region, the Brooke Army Medical Center and Central Maine Neurology.
  Dr.Senzon is Board certified in Neurology, is a Diplomate of the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology and is an Instructor of Neurology at Harvard Medical School.
Dr. Traci DePalma

Traci B. DePalma, M.D.

is Board certified in Neurology and graduated Cum Laude from SUNY Downstate in Brooklyn where she was awarded membership in the national medical honor society, AOA. Dr. DePalma received her neurological training at New York University and is Fellowship trained at Brown University Medical School in Neurophysiology and Electromyography (EMG).
Barbara L. Rosenthal, MD

Barbara L. Rosenthal, M.D.

received her BS degree from Cornell University and her MD from SUNY Upstate Medical Center in 1982. She is board certified in Family Medicine, is a member of the New England Pain Association and the American Pain Association. At our center she works closely with the neurology team in management of back and neck pain by non-narcotic and non-surgical intervention. She has been trained and is experienced in the injection of Botox© with and without EMG guidance, as well as trigger point and nerve block injections.
William H. Goodman, PsyD

William A. Goodman, Psy.D.

is a licensed clinical psychologist with specialties in neuropsychology, geriatric and child psychology. He is an expert in the study of memory and cognitive disorders. He graduated from the University of Massachusetts at Dartmouth, and the Virginia Consortium in Clinical Psychology at the College of William and Mary, Eastern Virginia Medical School, Old Dominion University, and Norfolk State University. Dr. Goodman has been practicing clinical psychology for over 20 years and has published many articles in various topics concerning MS and has presented at scientific meetings both nationally and internationally. Neuropsychological testing, family counseling, and consultations for MS patients.
